We are pleased to be able to announce that the 14,375 sq ft of offices at this building are now fully occupied. The final suite of vacant space on the third floor has been let to JT Baylis who have expanded their presence in the building.

David Foley commented:

“Part of the reason for the acquisition of this building last year was the fact that we believed that the attraction of Westbury On Trym as an office location would improve as a result of the introduction of Restricted Parking Zones in Clifton and other central areas. This has turned out to be true. We have 37 parking spaces in a private car park to the rear of the building and a free public car park next door. Not only is the building full but we have also seen an increase in rental levels throughout the building. We are delighted with the success of this acquisition”.
