DJ Foley have been instructed by Irish investment clients to manage these two office buildings close to Parkway Station in the north Bristol fringe.

The two buildings total 20,659 sq. ft and were formerly let to the Ministry of Defence. We are currently supervising upgrade works to Severn House to facilitate a letting of the first floor to BAM Construction.
