We believe that property is an asset that should be actively managed. On behalf of our clients we seek to ‘add value’ to their property assets.

Whether it be a single property or a portfolio we continuously monitor the performance of the property and try to find angles where value can be added. This might for example be a suggestion to re-gear a lease, accept a surrender to give an opportunity to create new rental evidence through a new letting or a recommendation to spend capital on a property to protect existing income and encourage rental growth.

The world of property management is becoming more and more complex with a raft of recent legislation making owners personally liable for areas ranging from fire risk management to health and safety. Our expertise in these areas allows us to take away the worry of ‘compliance’ from property owners.

We currently manage over £400 million of primarily commercial property on behalf of a small group of clients to whom we attempt to give a quality personal service. Our clients know that their properties will be looked after by either David Foley or Lee Douglas personally.

We are licensed and approved by HMRC to collect rental on behalf of off-shore companies and are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ‘Money Protection Scheme’ meaning that rental and service charge monies deposited in our client accounts is fully protected. We also hold full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
