Lee Douglas brings over 25 years of experience in the property sector, specializing in both property and project management.
Prior to joining DJ Foley Limited, Lee spent a decade as a Director at Connolly and Callaghan, a regional house builder and a leading provider of temporary Emergency Accommodation (EA) for families in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. During his tenure, Lee oversaw the redevelopment of brownfield sites into residential and commercial properties, as well as managing the company’s extensive property portfolio.
Lee joined DJ Foley Limited in 2006 and became a Director in 2012. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of all property management instructions, covering areas such as property maintenance, Health and Safety compliance, mechanical and electrical systems testing, landlord certifications, property insurance, and project management.
A passionate advocate for health and fitness, Lee is a regular at the gym and actively involved in local football. He helps manage a men’s football team, plays for a veterans’ team, and referees in a local league.
