Having provided facilities management services for the last two years, DJ Foley have been instructed by CPG Bristol Ltd to take over the full management of one of Bristol’s leading retail parks. The park is located next to J2 of the M32.

DJ Foley will be managing a complex service charge budget on behalf of tenants that include IKEA, Tesco, M & S, Boots, Halfords, Pure Gym, Park furnishers, Tesla, Starbucks, Burger King and KFC.
