Property Manager
Patrick Foley is a Property Manager here at DJ Foley, responsible for a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Patrick oversees the day-to-day management of our entire residential portfolio, coordinating maintenance, managing tenants, conducting property inspections, and keeping all properties maintained to a high standard, ensuring that we provide top quality accommodation to all our tenants. He is also in charge of the legal and regulatory compliance for our residential properties, making sure they all comply with the relevant housing, safety and tenancy legislation.
Patrick is bringing a new set of expertise to his management portfolio. He is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a Degree in Real Estate, where he gained knowledge of how the property industry works whilst learning a combination of property, business, construction, law, valuation and management skills, which has led to a strong career foundation through diverse roles in both property and facilities management.
Outside of work Patrick is a lifelong fan of Bristol City FC and a season ticket holder for multiple years. He is also passionate about travelling, going to the gym and spending time with his friends.
